How long you waited/waiting for your first domain sales?

Dear NP Friends,

I feel its very hard to start of my first sale.
I own 90 + domain names but cant sell any of them for past 4 months.

Make this thread helpful & hopeful for a new-bies like me.

Please share how long you have waited/waiting for your first sale.

Most of my sales are on the reseller lever, I generally don't try to get endusers.

I generally make a sale or two a week.

when i started on the internet it usually is to support my existing physical business so after a week I got a sale that is on the internet paid via credit card.

Around 5 months. It took a while to have a good selling strategy. Now I sell domains most weeks.

I think I was lucky and got a nice $300 Sedo sale in the first week on something that I picked up a couple of days previously for regfee. On the other hand this may have been a bad thing as I was overconfident and went and bought a whole load more names and some of them weren't so great. Still I'm in my second month in this business now and have sold around 25-30 names so far, all for a profit (though some only marginally).

The trick to selling is having good domains in the first place. If you manage that then you'll have no trouble selling a few.

I waiting around 6 months.. and even then the sale was not that good i just think im not cut out for domaning this is why im thinking of quitting

I waited for about 3 weeks for my first sale but it wa s ahasty sale, now that i knwo how things work around here, i am more selective
