I sold a domain which is registered here at Namepros last week and the new owner has paid but still has not received the domain. The domain is still in my Namepros account and the whois data also still reflects my details. I requested the authorisation code last week and sent it to the buyer who contacted his registrar and they initiated a transfer. I also unlocked my domain. Now they are contacting me saying I must initiate the transfer or the buyer will cancel the sale. I am at wits end. I contacted RJ last week about this and he told me all was done that needed to be done. Now I cant get into contact with any of the mods here to sort this mess out. Please can someone tell me what I must do to get this $*&^$domain transferred out of my Namepros account?

I had such a case from whiz to
godaddy before. All is ok, but
buyer can not
initiate the transfer successfully.

Finally, the buyer did it after two
weeks.

Suggest, make sure all is ok.
1: try more after sometime.
2: buyer create an account

The buyer must initiate the transfer from their registar (and pay), then you should receive an authorization E-mail to approve (or decline) as soon as the transfer is initiated.

Really for the outgoing transfer there's nothing we can do other than unlock the domain and provide an auth code as has been done. The transfer is handled by the new registrar from there. Just be sure you check your email any approve any transfer requests.

The other thing we can do is push the name over to an eNom account for the new owner and let him handle the transfer at his own leisure.

Thanx all for replying. Found this info here on Namepros under:

Registration terms and conditions:
"Transfer requests typically take five business days to be processed."

So I guess that means tomorrow or perhaps at the latest the day after tomorrow all will be well. The rest of the requirements I have already fulfilled.
