How long does it take to transfer a domain?

Hello, I just aquiried a domain from someone on namepros, and it was under namepros.com.

The account seemed very limited and I wanted something easier to resell with, so I told domainsite.com to transfer the domain to them.

They emailed my email, I verfied, but now it has taken over 10 days.

I need the domain ASAP. How long can it take?

Usually, it should be finished by now, you may wish to contact who you are transferring it to, all my domains I've transferred have been done in about 6 days...
