Please what's your take on popular keywords which the .com, .net, .org and some other cctld have been taken except .De left, do you think there will be any interest in this type of domain name?

It really depends on the word and whether it has any commercial use. If it was something like Broccoli.de, then I wouldn't bother with it, but if it was a decent keyword like Lucky.de, Tasty.de or Backup.de, then its worth it. Always check and find a list of end -users in Germany before registering a name.

.DE is probably the strongest cctld out there with a lot of very good sales. Just my opinion.
