Imagine you type in anysortofdomain.com to check if it is registered or not and it appears to be taken, on the right side of the screen the same domain is listed with .net, .org, .biz, .us and .info
Sometimes there is a green box next to it with a V sign, sometimes a red circle with a white diagonal line. What do those signs mean? It appears with the example I tried that the domain I tried is taken with every of the major extentions, somehow though not all of them have the same symbol next to them.
Is there a WHOIS where you can check a domain and be shown if it is unregistered with any of the gTLD's? Both whois.sc and who.is seem to have a flaw now and then...
