how does tdnam.com deal with the expired domains?

first auction
when time out,all the domains will be take to the clostouts selling for 5 dollar.
when selling time over,the domain will been deleted directly?

the process is what I imagine,is this trure?if yes,the time I can register the domains by myself is when 5dollar sell time out?

one more question,the monthly traffic show there is exactly data?
