advice How does Google page rank 5 benefit domain name?

I recently picked up expiring domain aged from 2006 and has a G page rank of 5.
Would this benefit me if I develop it? Or would it have to be a clone of the old site to keeps it's page rank?
How could I use it to my advantage?

Check DA, PA, MozRank, number of quality backlinks.
Page rank is not used anymore.
If you've high values (i.e. DA > 40, PA > 40, MozRank > 5) yes, you'll have advantages if you'll develop it.

High quality domains have DA / PA > 40.
