How do you put a live link on a site (Help)

Hi,

I have a few Whypark sites that i want to place live links on but i haven't got a clue how to do it.
I try entering: http://www.topbusinessjobs.com - ans that's what comes out with no LIVe link - can anyone help please?
Also i'd like to disguise it so instead of seeing the Http:// Bit they can see "Great Careers" and this then takes them through to the site.
I also have a few articles i'd like to apply this to.
