How do you get this on Google search?

How do you get these little sub menus form google and other search engines. As far as i know it is don via sitemap but i haven't been able to do it for my site.

Do i have to write in like a special code into the site map so search engine ... or something else.

You have to generate a sitemap for your site and submit it to Google. Just google for sitemap generator...

Your site needs to have a good structure in it so that Google's algorithm will be able to determine important pages of your website. Build links within your internal pages.
