How do we transfer a domain name ownership when we sell a domain name on Flippa ?

Hello, I'm new on this forum and I have a question. When we sell a domain to the buyer, we can create an account for the buyer on the current registrar, but what email address do we use to create this account ?

Then he should provide you the account credentials to push the domain...
