Does anyone know how to obtain the authorization code (EPP code) from Epik and then unlock the domain??

I have searched their help, searched here, the Internet - cant find any info. I have emailed support, no response.

I am trying to transfer one domain out and need the auth code and how to unlock it so I can proceed.

Yes, take the auth code for the unlocked domain and bring it to your new registrar. Until you do that, not much happens.

I feel badly but economics-wise I cant afford that renewal. I am sure I'll be back though... :)

personally, I find the domain management interface very confusing and unorganized
"return to domain management main place" for example
