Have you updated your name servers on your domain to the ones that they have given you? Once you have done that it will delegate the DNS to your host.

You will need to use their interface to set your DNS records. Which for a www domain would be an A record.

Are you referring to parking or develop ing a domain name?

I am sure your host can do this or add it yourself at registrar.

I am sure your host can do this or add it yourself at registrar.

If you've set your name servers then it won't be possible to do it at the registrar because the domain won't be pointing to the registrar's DNS anymore.

But yes, the host will have the knowledge of how to set up DNS to point a sub domain to the hosting server. If they don't then they've got issues.
