The short answer is 99.9% of domain investors do not do anything close to this.

You make bigger sales when you buy quality names, ask for more money and decide that you are ready to wait for the rest of your life for a sale. A domain sale is a very rare event compared to how many names are for sale. Be grateful if you sell anything.

This helps with STR at those prices but is not essential. I have two 1-figure purchase to 5-figure sales in the past 12 months. But the “constantly” part of the question is where it gets tricky.
