How come my menu/navagation wont work

Hey guys I've been messing around all day trying to get my menu/navagation to work on the website I just finished but I've ran out of patiance all together I just cant figure it out so I'm hoping somebody here might know my problem.

The site is www.pokerselect.com and all the pages but 4 pages comes up page cant be found and I cant figure it out because the pages that dont work are no different than the ones that do work.

Home, 7cardstud, sitemap and onlinecasinos all work fine but the rest nothing.

Any help would be much appriciated

have you got actual html files on the system, or are you using a CMS / .htaccess to map the .html urls to somewhere else?

if you're using real .html files, then I'd suggest the first thing you check is the casing of the file names.

yup. the casing of your filenames does not match the casing of the urls.

http://www.pokerselect.com/cashgames.html = File Not Found

http://www.pokerselect.com/CashGames.html = Works!
