How can I find out the exact time when a domain is dropped?

There is a domain I want to register that is going to be dropped today. How do I find that exact time when it is going to be dropped? The registrar is enom.

most drop catchers you can search their database and it will tell you .date . . (or use my search engine) . . . havent seen anything about time. . .

I believe .com / .net Drop at around 2pm EST .... but it's nearly impossible to grab them without using a Catcher now
