Dropcatching UK Domains

I've been looking at UK Drop Lists website and other drop catching websites for a .co.uk domain I want, which is about to expire today.

I've noticed on the WHOIS the domain expired 2023-05-19 but it doesn't say the time anywhere.

How do these websites know exactly what date a domain will be dropped (I read it was +61 days, but today is +95 days), and more specifically, how do they get the exact time of day it will drop?

They have had some good chances lately.

If you don't mind inbox DM me the domain, I will try to register it for you when it drops. I was able to capture some single letter .co.uk domains last month.
