How can I create a website similar to this one?

I would like to achieve the look of this site:

I am not asking how to do the flash as that can wait till later. How should i create the layout in order to achieve the same look. Please be specific as i am new to Dreamweaver. Just bought the CS4 Design Premium...

I really appreciate any help that i will get. THanks

U could do this in this way:
U make a div called header...Than in side of that make 2 more divs..
One with logo that will float left and one with text links floating right..

If u need more detailed explanation just ask :D

Photoshop for the title, html and css for the rest. Honestly, this can be done in about 20 mins in html and css. Given someone who knows what their doing. You would need to have the font you want for the title, and the image you want to use.

The rest is cake!

Hey no problem for images. Just make sure you give an alt description(Alternate description) so that search engines understand what that picture is about

SO the alt text will be just as effective as if i used html for the nav? Thanks for the tip. Appreciate that

Thats a good point, however, I believe i would learn alot by doing it myself and that would be helpful because I plan to be making more websites in the future.
