How can I buy Alexa.com lists

Hi Guys!

I'm looking for a place where can I buy world Alexa.com list between TOP 1,000,000-2,000,000.
and TOP 100,000 for specific ccTLD. Is this available to buy on Alexa.com?

I don't think they sell the positions on their website. They manually select websites to include in their list.

unfortunately, I looked for this same list about 6 months ago. And I had NO luck.....
