How can a non-US/German citizen/resident register .us and .de domain

I saw very good domain keywords that i can register and sell for a very high amount,but the problem is that i am not a us and german resisdent. Although i have relations in the us. Can anybody tell me how i can register does names without getting into trouble.

For .de, it is possible to use German agent to supply their address. It is legal (you are the domain owner, and the German agent is listed as "administrative contact") and in fact many .de registrars can do that for you but they charge an extra fee. You can check out DomainDiscount24.com (big registrar located in Germany) or my registrar AfterMarket.pl.

Go to Godaddy and register it. Nobody checks where are you from...

It may be better if you focus on .de, as it is top tier in Germany.
The .us extension is not top tier in U.S.
Unless you get an extremely popular word, .us might be a tough sell.
Germans love to buy domains in .de and .com, and even .info.
