How accurate is LeapFish?

I used leapfish.com to 'appraise' GetYourSmokes.com and it stated the estimate was $2709.00 - http://www.leapfish.com/domain_name_appraisal.php?url=getyoursmokes.com

How accurate or inaccurate is LeapFish?

Don't trust them.

Based on LeapFish's appraisal's, I could've easily purchased available domains with a combined value worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, lol

Appraisals are good to help estimate a potential value but FREE aapraisals ie ones that are not done by human and rely on scripts is terrible.

www.nameboy.com (if that's the right url) appraised a LLL.mobi I own at $19 flat. lol I could sell it right now for $200 easily.
