Trademarks or not, the name holds no value as a domain with the extension.

Unless you find a pizza chain in India that wants to brand it, it's a name that will just collect dust on the shelf.

I would think it could easily be trade marked again in USA I don't see USA laws supporting an Indian trademark unless it is worldwide. As far as the name doubled up becoming two words isn't the issue either it is the extension that kills it. The inquiry is huge but that is only good if you have 1000's shops a better name would have been YOURSUBURBpizza.com and supplying good traffic to a shop that can actually deliver the order. Other wise the domain is only worth 1c per k or what people are prepared to pay for pizza traffic

"pizzapizza" is a superb brandable domain for any pizza chain/restaurant/delivery service
if it hadn't been it would have not been taken across almost all gTLD/ccTLD + obscure extensions - people love how the name looks/sounds

India is 1.2 billion population country with economy and consumer spending booming, huge market, English is the 2nd language - everyone knows/understands what "pizza" is:

"More Indians speak English than any other language, with the sole exception of Hindi." Times of India


Just google "site:.in pizza" and start offering to any upmarket pizza restaurant/cafe/pizzeria/delivery you find
Mumbai-Delhi-Bangalore etc.. many end-users there

pizza.in would be mid $x,xxx name, yours is mid $xxx imho..
it's not like those 1 keyword .in names having no clear commercial value and no potential use, it's really worth holding onto - excellent SEO potential, popular product, hundreds of end-users with new businesses showing up every now and then..
yes, it may take several years until you get it sold - that's ok, most good names sell in 2-5 years, ROI is still good and here's always end-users and live market not going away any time soon.. internet usage/shopping/services in India is expanding fast too.. hold it, just don't go thru the roof when asked "how much"

..and forget about trademark - it's totally generic name with no traces of any trademarks in India. It's not trademarked even in the US according to uspto.gov. "pizza inn" is completely irrelevant..

unless you can actively survey prospective buyers or build a website and a concept on it, don't expect anything more than $20 (which i doubt anyone on the forums will pay for it).
don't sit on it for more than one year, and meanwhile get in touch with whoever you think might be interested in buying it.

Didn't check but that means nothing, plenty of people all over the world register silly domains. 99%+ of all registered domains are worthless and will never sell. You shouldn't use the poor choices of others as a baseline.
