As i received several PMs I just want to clear 2 common questions.

ADMIN
There is no admin area, the whole site are some php files, that query directly over a SQL database.

SQL UPDATES
Updates in the database can be done manually or uploading a compleete new database when available (purchase through 3rd party).
Source for the database will be provided to the auction winner (see auction description).

The 1 year hosting offered is for the domain + the actual site.

If you want to change the domain (host other domain & site) should be agreed with me previously, but in general no problem.
