Hotel and hotels domain

What do you think about hotel and hotels domain. I see that there are many hotel+city domains on sales and only some hotel+big cities or hotel+ popular destinations are sold for big ammount of money.

The same thing works with hotels domains.

So please share your opinion about these kind of domains.

I have recently opened an account with RU-CENTER.
it is the top domain registrar in Russia. I deposited 1000 Rubles, not much but good to start.

I plan to transfer some hotel/ motel domains to this account. I do have several of these. some good ones too. is it ok to list a couple of them?

I'm also going to list these for sale but I'd prefer to go direct to actual end users rather than an anonymous auction. with knowing who the end users are you have the satisfaction of knowing who bought the domain. it adds to the fun no doubt.

Why would you want to open an account with a Russian registrar to do this?
