I purchased a hosting account, it wasn't able to run a script of mine, i requested for a refund - it's now been over a week and it's still being checked out for fraud? i've even said i can provide information which will speed up this so called fraud protection but no reply.

It states 11 in the original post. It may just be on the v10 skin. Try changing the cPanel skin to x3

We only offer cpanel 11, don't quote me but i don't actually think they offer cpanel 10 anymore. Correct me if i am wrong.
