Found a 15% coupon but it says that it can not be used with actual promotion.

I have not yet tried to transfer out any domain, but I have asked them via LiveChat and agent said that there are no hidden fees for transfer.

They do not have push option in dashboard, but maybe you can contact them via email and they will manually move domains to another HostPapa account, but I have never tried this, so I'm not sure.
