Mellowhost.com suspend my account and takes all my clients domain names

Hello Policeman,

I have something to share about my other small web hosting services.

I was subscribed with Mellowhost.com as a master reseller, i was always sending a support tickets because they always got an outages everyday. and one of my client a local governmet website was hacked, they never help me to fix this, i got mad with this company so i was posted all my complaints to the forums.

So what they did to me, they suspend my account without any valid notice.

My concerned is, they also suspend my domain reseller account and mark my name as fraud, thats embarrasing to me and to my domain name, they takes all my client domain names and never give me anymore, even i always sent a request to transfer my domains services to my new domain reseller account.

They suspend all my accounts even i always updated my bills.

I was tried to contact DirectI, the support gives me the phone and address, its came from UK, but i see there domains ethii.com and hagioteam.com its came from BANGLADESH.

So who is fraud?

Hostgator seems to be a god choice here.

Always get live support when i need it.

Not much down time (if any) that i have noticed in the last year.

After a horrific 6 months with another host I attempted to try out hostmonster - then they tried to make me jump through hoops to confirm my identity (I did not wish to pay for an O/s phone call or send them a copy of the front AND back of my credit card.)
I canceled my account and within a couple of days they refunded my money.

I signed up with HostGator a couple of months back.
Fantastic helpful support ( including live help)
Low prices
No problems at all with the site and two addon sites I tested them out with.
Im about to sign up for their reseller account now I know they deliver what they promised - As a webmaster based out of the USA my vote would go with HostGator

Hostgator do not have low prices and as far as I know they are not looking forward to be cheap hosting

If you have a good budget then HostGator would be a great choice.
