I'm looking to build a site for a friend who requires something like a marketplace as well as a youtube esque entertainment center. Could anyone point me in the direction of a good host for such a project as well as a script on making Video Portals. I'm new to the concept of a Video Portal.

I believe your web hosting choice will depend on which software you will be use for that. I mean web application to organise all what your friend wants.

Right now its a bit on the fence about if it needs to be just like youtube or not. There will be videos but for now they will only be put up by the hosts, nothing user created at the moment. I don't have a budget quite yet, they want me to produce a little before everything is decided so i'm trying to do some work on my part.

oh and software i'll probably be using Dreamweaver or Frontpage unless you have a better choice.
