Knownhost.com is an extremely popular hosting company that has a current alexa ranking of 45k. Most, if not all of any traffic this name is receiving is from people looking for known host's service, so they end up typing "known hosting".
I'd recommend that the buyer use this domain with their affiliate program, since they have a relativity high payout of $25 per sale. In fact, I've already been approved to use this domain with their program, so I just put up a simple banner ad. There's no sales as of yet, but that's only due to the fact that the banner has been up barely a week, and the fact that I've done absolutely nothing in terms of SEO. I'm sure that would change very quickly with a little optimization.
They've trademarked and registered "Known Host" as their business, not "known hosting". Technically speaking it's an entirely different word/name, however I'm not a lawyer, so ultimately it's up to the buyer to do their own research in regards to how they wish to use the name.
