I asked if this is a service they always offer and he said yes.

Yes, you should contact support they may want you to send some personal information to verify. If you have to send a copy of your credit card or your ID card, remember to hide the important numbers. Good luck!

Good point. Support told me they do allow it, but I don't see where you sign up for free account. I would stay away from this offer unless you are 100% sure. I'm passing..

As a hosting company they went down the toilet when they were sold to EIG - stuff not working, no support, many days wait to answer a ticket, badly informed staff.

So I would stay away from the offer because you could end up wasting a lot of time there.
