Any thoughts on this domain: ebaypowerseller.com? I was wondering what is a fair value for this domain. Saw the domain on ebay: eBayPowerseller.com - Sets you apart from the rest! - eBay (item 220438830261 end time Jun-30-09 11:00:45 PDT)

The appraisal value on Estibot says: Free Domain Appraisal, Domain Name Valuation and Keyword Research Tool ($6500)

Any thoughts?

Do you own the domain ?

I think this name has serious TM issues and it's only a matter of time until you hear from Ebay. I would refrain from buying a domain containing a famous brand name.
The estibot appraisal could possibly represent the lawyers fees on your end... the negative sign is missing

His IP matches the whois, so I believe he does own this domain name.

Agreed with above. Ebay is a fierce protector of their TMs and this is a clear violation of that. Although the domain name has obvious value, its only a matter of time before the domain belongs to Ebay. Thus giving it no value to anyone else.

Name is worth $0 and maybe Negative $ as this is a HUGE TM issue. I have seen pretty much the same names get C&D legal letters from Ebays attorneys.

I think it's a UDRP in the making. It's a great industry term, but it's obviously infringing upon eBay's trademark.

Steer clear, head for open waters.

Unless you ask Ebay to use it as an affiliate promoter and suggest you let them keep the name but you use it.
