I realise the .net decreases the value but I think this might be a rough gem, thoughts?

Reg fee. IMO.

A 14-character-rule breaker on .NET equals reg fee 99.7% of the time. Grace delete, reboot, then try again. Good luck in the future!

A domain like this can earn quite a substancial amount in adsense revenues, I disagree
