I will also add, the fact that it's late to get into the game, and time is running out, those are things that ultimately add to the value. With L's, it never ends and it's infinite. With N's, it's finite and there is a limit. That usually equals value in the end. With numerics they're unique and only so many in this game, with L's, it can be endless. You can makeup names of any length that make no sense, and add digits to it, virtually forever. In N's, you can't add letters, and there is a limit to the length. And there are some numbers within that short length that kill the value. That scarcity = value.

One of the good tests for a hype is waiting for a year after the approximate start or two and see what is happening with the drops. If not enough of them will be picked the market will crash. Remember, LLLL dot coms were all taken long ago but then for few years there were hundreds of drops that you could get for $12+reg that would allow for reseller market to exist. And that is with lots of LLLLs being used by businesses and projects and every year more and more being taken out of the market. And now many startups prefer them, like uber, lyft, arlo etc.

It could be a bust, or it might not be. In business in general, and with domaining, its all about taking a gamble and a risk on the future, with every name. That's what this is about. Numerics is clearly hot right now in domaining, and by far the hottest to hit in maybe the last 15 - 20 years. No doubt about it. That in itself warrants participation. This is still in the very beginning embryonic stage.
