The first thing I'll mention is that you're not using Google Adwords Keyword Tool correctly. When you're searching, select "Exact" as the match type, otherwise you won't get the correct search volumes.

I'm going to work on the assumption you want to make money through Adsense on these sites (or sell the domains based upon their earning potential).

Acyclovir Side Effects . com

There are 3600 global searches, but it's just £0.06 CP and low competition (this means very few advertisers), so I don't see much value in it. Even though Acyclovir pays more (and has 74000 global searches) it's still low competition (in terms of advertisers), so the ads aren't going to be many or pay too much. Maybe an affiliate or similar can make you more money (if you want to make a site). But in terms of selling them as-is I don't see them being worth much ($10?).

At Home Based Business . net

It's just 170 global searches, although £1.28 and high competition. There are plenty of other keywords with more searches, higher CPC and they are all high competition. So, it could be worth developing a site (assuming you can get the traffic), but just to sell the domain as it stands I don't see much value (it's not like it is homebasedbusiness(.)com) beyond the registration fee.

320 global searches and £1.09 CP. Same as above, really (as in you could develop it and expand to other keywords). Now "workfromhomejobs(.)com/net/org would have been much better).

210 global searches, albeit a high CPC and high competition. Sadly, though, I don't see any value in the domain.

Although do not CPC is what an advertiser might pay for an ad on a Google search page and not necessarily the same as on website. I would also say that often local (USA) searches are more important if it's for Adsense than the global ones.

(£ = GBP, I'm too lazy to convert to USD, but it's about $1.6 to £1.)

Maybe someone else (with more experience) will see value in the domains as they stand.
