Home page content in Domain that I am going to sell

Can i put some content (a static page) on my domain which i am planning to sell anyway once i get a buyer? Or will it impact in any way when i going to sell it? I am planning to put only relevant content in the domain. Please advise.

Unique content, i am aware that one shouldn't copy stuff from others.

In that case, as long as you are adding relevant content, you are free to use, and it won't impact negatively.

I think it is a good idea. You might get traffic from search engines which usually means more potential sales.
