I am hiring staff for the first website in my link.
These staff positions are voluntary and I know most people will not want to become staff because it does not pay. At the current moment we have been denied by Google Adsense and have no revenue. We are also a PR 0 site.
I am hoping to take this PR 0 site and make it one of the bigger computer help forums. Eventually I want paid advertisers and once the sunken cost is accounted for ($8.50) I want to pay all of the staff equally.
Whether or not it will ever get to the stage of making money is beyond me. I have been working on it and am still trying to get people to come around.
