If you actually read the post, I made it clear that it was strictly voluntary. But I also said that you will be paid if i like what you are doing.

Why do you give programmers less than designers?

And your getting money from hostees yet you wont pay for staff?

How many hours a day would you like the support staff to work ideally?

Liam, I would give more if needed, as i said :P

I would of course love it if you could do it all day, but dont think thats possible yea?
And I dont have many customers either, so your job is plainly open up the live help and do your other stuff. So this could mean you could open it up for the whole time you turn on the computer, but you still do nothing. I can pay you a certain amount of money for each customer you entertain.
