[Hiring] For Ice Age Web Design

Hello everyone, I am looking to create a web design Freelance Business. I currently own Ice Age Hosting – http://www.i-ah.com – and would like to extend to it have a web design group. I have 2 years of graphics designing on my back and a little over a year of html experience. Read below and this will show what I am looking for:

- Currently I am looking for one (1) web designer/graphic designer, one (1) programmer (hopefully has 1-2 years experience of html, or php etc).
- Currently looking for an advertiser which can get us clients and will be paid a percentage (%) of the earnings we make from that website or project.
- I will host our website and all of us will have a say in what we do, but remember that I have the final word.
- I will split the earnings according to how much work you have done and make it as even as possible.
- We can all discuss what can go on the website and how it will be laid out.
- In the future once the business starts rolling I will be looking for more workers, but for now this should do.
