I am looking for a designer I can work with on a project-by-project basis. You will be primarily designing websites in the gaming niche, specifically World of Warcraft. You will also be doing some other non-gaming design jobs (business cards, shirts, websites, etc).
You will be required to use Adobe Photoshop (and Adobe Illustrator for non-websites) as I will need the finished products to be in a layered PSD (or AI for non-websites).
The projects themselves are pretty flexible. I have a few design styles I like (particularly CodeIgniter.com and Eden.cc's portfolio) with a few specific features for the designs based on the site it’s for, but it’s usually free reign for you as long as the designs are completed in a timely manner.
I’d prefer someone that can work in a USA timezone (PST, MST, or CST for extra brownie points!) and available during the day for questions, clarifications, status updates, etc. Each web design will earn you $100-300 depending on the simplicity of the site, and a few designs per month.
