Then try and get people to submit there Hip Hop Sites to it

.info's work best when developed imho.

Hip Hop has 164211 monthly searches, but loads more if you include the searches with hip hop in.

hip hop sites is searched 540 times per month.

So, the name has lots of potential, could easily be developed and potentially could get some decent traffic.

I don't think the .info ruins it - I think it damages resale value, but the keywords are the same regardless of the extension.
