    Hey guys,

From your personal experience what keyword do you think converts best in regards to local real estate domains?

Keywords I see fairly common are “rentals,” “properties,” “condos,” “waterfront,” “real estate,” “commercial,” “apartments” or “homes”

Also interested to hear what other keywords you’ve used in the past that works well!

    Thanks

Depends on the market you are targeting.

For example, 'condos' obviously isn't going to rank high in the .com.au space, whereas 'units' will rank higher in Oz than in most other places.

Personally, I don't touch .com.au because of the registration and usage restrictions in place.

Use Google Keywords to figure out the most searched terms for specific areas.

True. Condos is much better in Miami than a city like Omaha.

Thanks, that’s an interesting thought that I never thought about actually regarding the area.

I’m still quite new at this so I’m just going to stick with .com until I gain more experience!

I'm thinking of buying a real estate domain as my first domain to try and flip.

Anything I should know specifically before I hit the buy now button?

yes buy from the aftermarket and try to get a city with high population also don't buy condo/apartments domains in places where houses are more common you will struggle :D
scrap the email address of every real estate agent in that area and contact them(if contacting already established sites fail)
