High OVT Names with Dashes

If there was a common two-keyword name that that had an OVT of 2-3 million, but in a lesser than .com tld, and there was a dash between them, would you by reg the name still?

For example, let's say "free games" has 3 million OVT. Would you reg Free-Games.org or Free-Games.info or Free-Games.cc?
