Brilliant design but I agree - why a dartboard? meh, still looks great. I would space the content out a little though

Looks good but loads very slowly because of heavy graphics. Color scheme is also good.

The design is very nice, i really like the color scheme. But I also agree about the other comments on the dartboard.....why? Seems that would go better with a site that was to help find (or target) an ip....

i used a dartboard coz proxy is always used for targeting a site without giving ur ip address. it symobilises ur perfect aim to d site with use of HideIP.
And more over i like dartboards Lol

Not bad, don't get the dart board but I won't ask. 7/10 :D

Also I recommand you get your own host. (VPS, Dedicated).. Shared hosting accounts don't last too long because of CPU Usage on Proxy Sites.. Most of them have there own dedicated.. hidemyass has 3 :S

You seem to use some big shadow distance .. try to make it 1-2 pixels not more. This would be my only "problem" as design is concerned. Other than that .. allow me to die of envy .. the site is beautiful :D
