I am new to this website, I am here to learn how to become a domain broker. I would like to know how to find the personal information of a domain owner to be able to contact them about purchasing their domain.

Generally you can find domain ownership information via the registry's WhoIs information which you can search at most registrars (like GoDaddy's here: https://godaddy.com/whois/ )

If you're just starting then I highly advice you read and learn as much as possible before spending too much!

As I mentioned above .. you would first want to do a WhoIs search to find the official "who is" registration information:

https://godaddy.com/whois/
https://www.enom.com/whois/

However .. in this particular case they have their information under privacy, so it's much hard to figure out who they are. Find a site that does "historical whois" searches. Basically they have archives of old WhoIs information. Hopefully the old information would still be the same owner, but if it was sold since, you're going to have a difficult time contacting them.

That being said .. there's always supposed to be a way ... usually there's a proxy domain email that you can send an email to which will forward to their real email. However it appears not to have this. Contact the registrar where the domain is registered (enom.com) .. in theory they should be able to forward your inquiry .. although I wouldn't get your hopes up.
