HOW DOES DROP-SHIP WORK?
It's very easy. You order from us and we ship the product directly to your customer. That's it! We print the shipping label with your name and address so the customer never knows where the product actually came from. Most companies charge a drop-ship fee in addition to the regular shipping charges, but not us. You pay just the regular shipping fee. The good thing about drop-shipping is that you sell our items and we do all the work! No inventory and no hassle for you means more profit and less work!
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHERE TO SEND MY ORDER?
During the checkout process, !!! YOUR ADDRESS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS GOES IN THE SHIP TO SECTION !!! If your order is being drop-shipped, your customers name and address goes in the "Drop Ship Address Goes Here" box on the checkout page along with a note that the order is to be drop-shipped.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
If your order is being drop-shipped, there is no minimum. If the order is being shipped to you, the minimum order is 15 pieces.
DO YOU GIVE BULK QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?

WHAT DOES "ICED OUT" MEAN?
Iced out means that the item has stones it. Our stones are all genuine Swarovski Crystals.

$50.00-$99.99 - $8.50
$100.00-$199.99 - $10.50

Shipping prices are for domestic and international addresses. Items shipped to the US will ship via US mail (2-9 business days). Orders shipped outside the US will ship via Air Mail (7-10 business days).
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Please notify us of any damaged items within 48 hours. We will then issue a return authorization for the item(s) for exchange for the EXACT product only. Items MUST have prior authorization or they will be refused. Email

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
Orders placed with credit cards are shipped within 5 business days upon receipt. Electronic checks from the US take 7-10 business days to clear. Electronic checks from outside the US take 14-21 business days to clear. Orders shipped to the United States are shipped via US mail (2-9 business days). Orders shipped outside the United States are shipped via Air Mail (7-10 business days). Delivery time on international shipments may vary depending on the current Terror Threat Level in the United States. If the Terror Threat Level is low, guarded or elevated, the parcel should arrive in the specified time with no problems. If the Terror Threat Level is high or severe, there is a good chance that shipments to certain countries will be delayed in customs.
