I'm so new at this, I recently just bought a few Domain Names (5) in total lol and was hoping to get some input on cash parking, selling, holding etc... I received a private message on Dome Hub requesting my ishopinfo.com for $375.00 not sure if this is a fake offer though since I've only owed this Domain for 2 weeks....What should I do?

If they ask/want an appraisal first, it's a scam. Otherwise I'd sell the name to them, smile and move on.

For starters, with the offer you got, if they come back asking you to get the domain appraised prior to them purchasing and provide a link to an appraisal site that costs anything, it's an appraisal scam that's targeted at securing appraisal funds with no intent to buy. Avoid them if that's the case. other than that, continue going through the negotiations process (E.g. maybe counter for $750) until they do something that raises a red flag.

As for "input on cash parking, selling, holding etc.": There's just sooooo much information in each of those categories + all the added categories not mentioned that it would be impossible to fit it all in one thread like this. Research, research, research. Start with just one topic (So you don't overwhelm yourself) and soak it in. Take your time and don't rush your investments. Some of the biggest mistakes in domain investing just starting could have been avoided by taking the time to research first.
