I bought a domain name a month ago:

I did not know that I had actually bought a domain which was used by some webmaster thingy like hotscripts
I did not know until i opened up the email and so 492 UNREAD EMAILS!

Most of these are junk but some of them are PORN!
What should I do?

You mean you get spammed cause the Email adressses were in use at the former web site.
Only thing you can do is not to use the same Email adresses as the former website (just use other).

But see it as positive that there was a former website, as you may get also traffic from there.

i cant change the email because everytime they send an email that does not have an account on my server, it sends it to the admin!

Set it that it doesn't catch all the emails..........

It is probably configurable in the admin area (catchall/forward)

Sounds like your host has mail going to a default address. Have default mail either deleted or go to a blackhole. setup in the mail controls should take care of this. Alternately, spam filter it.

Potentially you could do two things, you can redirect the emails to a hotmail or yahoo box until it's full and starts kicking back e-mails.

Or you can forward it to an e-mail with an autoresponder feature, and spam them back. For every 1 sent, 1,000 replied.

But that's just me. :D

No seriously, you can segment or divide e-mails via the admin feature. Where you want only webmaster@ e-mails saved or accepted, and everything else is sent to a folder or forwarded for autodeletion.
