Help with renewals

I have names that are expired at EV1 and I can't seem to renew them with this provider. I tried to contact EV1 and I am not getting any answers
Anyone know how I can renew with another provider? Can I just go to goDaddy and renew them on their site?
I am running out of time and I can't seem to find a solution.

no you have to renew them from where you registerd them and after that you can transfer, it must be passed it's expiration date?

ev1 usually response every 24 hours or you can post in their forums, and if you're in a hurry , they have an irc server - chatroom that you can use and chat with trusted individuals. ask them what's the status of your domain.
