Help with a Domain

So, I really wanted this domain and I want to get it, I thought of backordering this domain but I'm sure the owner will renew it anyway

well, how can I purchase this domain without making contacts with the owner? I saw some offer from Godaddy for $69. how does it work?

I do not think you can just get the domain name by back ordering. If the actual owner does not renew the domain name then only your chances are there. However, you can contact godaddy to obtain more information.

That is GoDaddy's buying service. I've never seen anyone talk about having used it.

I would be interested in hearing from anyone who had success with it when their own contact attempts went unanswered.

Well, godaddy deal with such cases by accepting backorders for domain names. They will increase the price if the domain is not renewed by the actual owner. Also they may also extend the RGP of the domain name.

okay, we have experienced this problems many times, for the backorder domains, you should first contact the registrar, tell them you want to register this domain name,if the domain actual owner not renew, then you can feedback to you,if the owner renew it ,you can do nothing ,good luck

The only way to buy a domain which the owner renews is to contact the owner, either directly or thru a buying agent like GoDaddy has. Personally, I'd cut out the middleman and contact the buyer directly.

Well, everyone wants to deal with the way you said only but what if the domain owner set privacy protection. You wont be able to contact the owner.

It depends on how bad you want it. Pay a premium or negotiate with owner. I would contact the owner if its not listed on TDNAM which I think it is if the price is set at $69.
