domain Help! videocodecs.net - I have an offer

Hi,

I've just had my first offer on a domain - $100 for videocodecs.net. I was hoping for more.. Am I being optimistic here or am I right to hold out for a higher price? Any tips on price negotiation?

Would just like a second opinion on the value really as I don't want to scare the buyer off but also don't want to sell it too low..

OVT - 43238 video codecs
Google - Results 1 - 10 of about 1,970,000 for "video codecs". (0.18 seconds)

Any help appreciated...
