I have an offer for GasForecast*com can you help with an appraisal.

Google search for "Gas"=218,000,000
Google search for "Gas Forecast" =11,300
Google search for Gas Forecast= 2,430,000
Overture for Gas Prices = 159586

I have an offer for $100
It's registered until June of next year.

I'm thinking I should hang onto it a little longer as gas prices are a big concern right now. Am I right or wrong. Please advise.
